I've been enrolled in their program for about 7 months and have not heard from them. They told me at the beginning that i'd be getting a phone call with in one month and never got it. For the past 3 weeks i've been leaving messages they have not called once... On their automated system they have an option for customer service but it doesn't go through. I'm sure i'll get a call now because that's how they got me in they reffered me to this website to see that they don't have any complaints, they also told me they check this site to make sure they're taking care of customers. Well I had some friends i was going to reffer but guess what i told them to try someone else because these people don't care that collectors bugg 24/7.
