I have worked at this company and they treat their employees like children. I attempted to apply for a position. I asked and i was blown off due to be male. (in my opinion!) They were hiring for a lead position and I asked my manager Billie Salinas if I could apply for this position. (I was qualified for the job)
Well I was blown off and 4 days later they hired in a new girl to our team as the team lead. She did not have the experience and i was told they hired her because she was " cute and smart" Personally you should be hired because your qualified not because your cute and smart. My manager thru the whole time I'm working there is telling me that i'm not happy working for their company. How does she know what I'm thinking? Is she able to read minds? She made these terrible assumptions believing that i did not want to work there.
A majority of the research dept is females. Just about all the manager except for 1 are females. The only reason he is still there because he is quiet and kept to him self. Just like I was doing! A week ago Billie yelled at a woman until she was in tears. One manager got fired for talking back to Billie and her gimp Jennie Blake.
This company screws its employees just as bad as their customers. For the people who have mortgages with this company get my deepest sympathy. This company lies to the customers and they believe that their calling one company and turns out to be another company! There is so many unexplained errors at this company. I was told that I could not even take a break and sit at my own desk because they might think your slacking off. Whats that about? The employees have not had a raise in pay for over 3 years. I bet Billie and Jennie got raises.
The hyprocracy in this company is insane! As of right now I seem to be still employed by this company but wo knows when that will happen. I believe I will be fired for being male in that dept. They can yell at the women in this company and get away with it. Sshe could not get away with it with me! I will be sending in a letter that i hve written to the Sr Vice President david.
