Rude! Arrogant!

I received a call from a female (I think) who said she was trying to collect a debt she said was owed by my wife. She went into detail about the debt with a very arrogant "I'm in control" routine.

The thing I talked to was only interested in saying what she had to say and that was all!

I told her that by law she needs to talk to my wife because my name wasn't on the account only made her angry that someone was challenging her authority! She never informed me that the call was being recorded! When she became even more arrogant, I asked to speak to a Supervisor. She repeatedly and intentionally hung up on me.

I kept calling back and finally, the little troll connected me with someone claiming to be a Supervisor.
Well Mr. Supervisor informed me among other things that we don't know what our neighbors have said about us.
He also informed me that the call was being recorded and that he was doing it legally.

Let me explain something to you little twerp.in the event you are calling someone, unless you are law enforcement with a warrant, you have to notify the party (ies) you're talking to that you are recording the conversation.

Now you quoted Virginia Law on recording phone conversation that because Virginia Law states that only one party know the call is being recorded is legal, he was well within his rights to record said call without telling me. Actually bright boy, to use Virginia law in refereance to recording phone calls, you have to actually be in Virginia. So your recording the call was in clear violation of both Federal and State Law. Now my recoridng the conversation was very much legal. Its already been posted on all my websites! As will I post the names, phone numbers, addreses and car tag numbers of every employee employed by Premier Recovery in Ky.

Now Junior told me that if I filed a report against Premier that because they have lawyers in all 50 States, they would come after me for Slander. Look Mr. Supervisor, its only Slander if its untrue. As for any of our neighbors saying anything, I'll get htem to go online and read this report. They may take legal action against you and your firm for Slander and defamation!
