Ripoff, lied about the card

The company called me and told me that I qualified for a $2500 master card, guareenteed. I asked them what was the catch. They stated thee is no catch just a one time processing fee of $249. Once this was debted from my account it will take 14-25 days to process and send my card. When I contacted the company about 30 days later they stated that it has been processed and I will get my package in 10-15 days.

I finally recieved a package to find out that this is not a credit card it is a stored value cash card. Then the letter in the package stated that I need to fill out and sign the application and mail it back so they can process it and mail me my card, and there will be 39.95 processing fee. I just recieved this package today, but I will try contacting them on tommorrow.
