I responded to an online advertisement for work at home typists. I visited their site at www.typesystems.com and I paid a $29.99 registration fee to become a home typist.
It stated on the web site that the assignments pay anywhere from $100-$200 each. When I received the package it said that I would be paid $20 to type 2,000 mailing labels and that in order to get paid $100, I would have to recruit 4 other home typists who would also have to type 2,000 mailing labels each.
The addresses I was supposed to type were photocopied from pages right out of a phone book. I was tricked into believing that I would be paid $100-$200 per assignment for my own efforts.
This is a SCAM. It's false advertising and it should not be tolerated. I want a refund and I want this seller to be terminated by Paypal so that he cannot continue to scam people the way he scammed me.
