I also have had many problems with this company. Although our payment was sent well in advance of the due date, they did not apply until one day after the due date. Of course, this means a $29.00 late fee plus finance charges. As a one time "courtesy" they offered to refund the late fee, but they still charged a 21.98% interest rate on an account that is supposed to have a 0% rate for one year. What a scam!
