On April 29 I was sent a loan agreement from the Company Lastchanceloans.net who told me that I was approved for a loan with the company Global Financial Services, Inc. Which I had to send a $400.00 payment in the event that I would default on a payment the $400.00 would go to the company.
On 04-30-05 i sent the package off via Global Express which the package would arrive at the address of the company in San Jose, Costa Rica. I e-mailed a prepresentative by the name of Llyod Foster whom I told the package was a the Fedex facilty in Costa Rica, but because of the P.O. Box Fedex could not deliever and they needed a physical address or maybe someone could pick it up / I was then told by Mr. Foster that it should of not been sent via FedEx, but by regular mail and that he would handle it. So a Mr. David Norris told me he would handle it and I never heard back from them. I have e-mail them constantly all day everyday for 2 weeks straight and I have not received an e-mail. Then I received and e-mail explaining my package was received and passed on to the lender.
When I checked the FedEx websit the package was still at the facilty awaiting a physical address to ship. Which I contacted FedEx and gave them Mr. Foster e-mail address and he never e-mailed FedEx back.
So I contacted my account manager by the name of Jamie K at lastchanceloans.net who I also told the story too and I was informed by Jamie he/she would try to figure it out and would get back to me the next day. The next day came and went still not answer.
So I was then e-mailed by Jamie and told that she would try to contact someone and get this delivered. I received an e-mail from Jamie to have the package sent back to me and sent via regular mail. I informed Jamie I spent $45.00 to have this package ship and I will have to spend another $35.00 to have it sent back to me.
When I contacted FedEX I was told that I would need to set up an account with a credit card to have the package shipped to me or i can abandoned the package. Which I would not do because it had my personal information on the loan paperwork.
So I contated Jamie again and I was constantly told that a supervisor would contact me and I still have not heard from a supervisor. I constaly e-mailed Mr. Foster and Mr. Norris and still have no repsonse from them.
I have sent request to lastchanceloans.net for a refund and still no answer. Left messages on their 800 number provided on the internet and no call back.
I don't know what to do because I gave $400.00 that I did not have to get this loan to pay off all my bills that I was behind. I am in the process of losing my apartment and car because I trusted that I would have this loan to pay those things off. I used the $400.00 to get the loan which I was going to use to pay the rest of my rent and car note.
Please someone help me get my money back.
I have all e-mails communications fron these poeples telling me I was going to be helped and still have not received anything.
