I had a payday loan with national quik cash and could not pay back on time so they put me in a $50.00 a month payment plan susposed to be ok"d by the state of oklahoma but to my susprise the female that was handling the payment arrangment was not documenting anything in the computer and had not entered me into any kind of payment plan and was doing i dont't know what with my monthley 50.00 that i had paid.
Finally i got word from their office one saturday when i called to tell them i would be in on the eight to pay my money i was in formed that they marched into my bank and cashed my check because the female that was over my account was no longer with them and they could not find any arrangment. I only had 120.00 in the bank but my bank covered the 457.00 check against my overdraft protection.
So that left me broke on mothers day weekend and and now i owe my bank the amout of the check and returned check fees. But where is my monthley payments that have been made for the past 4 months they owe me over 200.00 and they got 457.00 and recipets are no good because they can"t find any documentation other than i owe them... What a damn scam
