I fell behind on the account.in january i was offered a pay-off offer. I called to accept. They offered to re-open the account, by march 12. I started calling and i have had the run around. I was told by customer service over and over again that it would be reopened. They keep lying to me. They tell me they can keep charging over the limit fees even though the account is closed. It seems dishonest to me.
I have no idea how to get them to stop these dishonest charges, and reopen the account so i can cancel the account on my terms. Multiple emails are not effective all they do is ask for all of my private information that would make it easy for identity theives to steal all my info. Please help i am trying to repair my credit.
