Fees are a rip off customer service stinks

I have tried on several occasions to resolve the issues i have had with this credit card.

For three months i have tried to get my account to a $0 balance but they also add something on. And don't even try customer service they suck (pardon my french) but it is impossible to get anything resolved not even with a supervisor they could care less how many customer they loose.

There is another sucker waiting in line and that is exactly what you are if you get a card with these people.
