I am with the understanding of the word courtesy to mean:

MY name is Robert F S you may reach me at 305 XXXXX. We have a serious situation at hand. I was told my Shany (not sure of the spelling) told me that they could give me a courtesy extension till the 1st or the third of May. When I went to check my bank account I see that your company pulled the $60.00 from my account so I called back. Spoke with Matt explained my situation. He could not help me said he would get his supervisor on the phone to help. He was busy he said he would have him call me back about 6:30 pm as I had a meeting at that time. I called back at 2o minutes to seven since my appointment had not arrived yet. As I spoke with Jonathan he told me that he did see that I was to speak with ALLEN the supervisor. That he would call me back. I even gave my cell phone number too, because my appointment showed at that time 7:38 pm as we were on the phone. He told me he would call back. No called me back. I called back and spoke with this ALLEN at 10:18 PM had to repeat myself again as to what took place and asked for him to correct the situation. Since I was in a panic about this whole situation as I explained I did not remember about the extension fees when the Shandy said it would be a courtesy extension, I never gave it a thought because your company QUICKPAYDAY.com gave me a courtesy extension before and never charged me for the five days. Therefore I told Allen to cancel the extension that I will take the FREE COURTESY FOR THE THREE DAYS. I was told that he could not do that. So I told him I will I wanted to speak to his supervisor and he told me that he is the only supervisor there. I told him then I would like to speak with the President of the company to resolve this matter. He told me that he is not allowed to give this number out. I told him as a consumer upon request of such consumer that I have the right to be able to contact his superior, he refused to give the information. Allen said that he would not help and I told him I will instruct my bank not to give your company the money till this is resolved after telling him that I DO NOT WANT THE EXTENTION!!!

Please have some one call me today and let this email set president to the matter that I do not want the extension because additional fee's of $60.00 is not affordable to me at this time. If I had thought beyond my panic state I would have rational said to Shandy that just give me the three day extension and we could have avoided this whole situation. MY NUMBER AGAIN IS 305 XXXXXXXXX (you have my number)
