As with the leading story on your home page, my story is very similar.
The exception is that I used a credit card and the company is refusing to answer my emails directly and there is no indication that I'll ever get my money returned.in Australian dollars, that accounts to $167.49 that I've lost.
The replies I have received have only attempted to get me to try some of their other programs but fail to address the issue of my request for a full refund.
I believe the company is deceitful and misleading in it's conduct and deserves to be stopped and fined for inflicting financial loss and stress to it's clients.
