On April 20 we received a letter from litton loan servicing stating that we were in defaultin the amount of $2552.01. This was to be paid in full at receiving this letter. I phone litton loan servicing and told them that these monies were paid. I spoke to Joe Diaz he in-turn told me to send the copies of MO order receipts and cancelled checks I complied with what he wanted.
Joe Diaz was very rude, he directed me to a Kimberin Lomus which was their attorney which referred me back to him. He would not return my calls nor could I speak to his supervisor I was told I would have to speak to Joe Diaz. I submitted the things he requested and they still claimed I owed money. I sent another
payment it was returned.
