1St Payday Advance uses Global Financial without them knowing we were approved for a loan and paid them $200 and we never saw it. We signed all the paperwork that looked legal and we checked with the BBB and there was nothing bad there. We didn't just jump in we researched first and we still got scammed.
We were looking for a debt consolidation loan. This guy found one and sent us the papers to sign and send back stating that we accecpted the arrangements/payments. We filled them out and sent them in with his $200 and kept in contact with the 1st payday advance until the money never came.
We tried to contact him through phone/fax/email and he won't respond. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. He really messed with our finances and now we are affraid that he'll do more. We've tried to contact him many times and still nothing. If anyone has found out how to bring this guy down let us know.
