Saying that the mortgage was recordered with option one 8/9 in orange county NY. This was sent to me 8 months after the schame arts owned my home. Which was recordered 11 months after the mortgage company had the mortgage. Next on april 16 I recived another document from docx national headquarters, lawyer linda green, option one mortgage corp a california corpatoin as atterny in fact for wels fargo bank, na. Recorded 10/16. This was recordered two years after wels fargo owned the mortgage, and 10 months after the schame arts owned my home with A mortgage, from wimington finance. I have all the documents.
Banking laws state that the mortgage is surpost to be recored, but it dose not say 11 months after. It all so states when another mortgage company buys the note it has to be recordered, but not a few years later.
The settlement lawyer for the schame arts seems to have the same name as one of the lawyers how had been in the schames with option one and wels fargo, john m. Crane. Where my signuter was misspelt and wilmingtons finance was the underwriters and finacer on the same document.
