I was phoned by a represatative of this company and guaranteed a pre-approved credit card after a one-time fee was paid. A fee of $249 was deducted from my bank account on 2/5/05 and it is now 3/17/05 and I have received nothing.
After attempting to contact Spectra, I went to my bank to file a dispute claim. The bank is currently investigating the transaction. I am waiting to find out what the bank will do for me.
There has to be a way to find them. There was a bank stamp on the back of the check that was cashed.
