I was ripped off by spectra For a credit card. But I do have a lot of info on the whole scam thanks to a reporter. The money goes from youre bank to PAYMENT RESOURCES INTERNATANAL the phone number is 949 729-1400 they will probly hang up on you like they did the reporter there other # is 888-835-1777 there not in on the scam but they do have all the info on the people that are YOu see the money that comes from youre bank goes to them then it goes to CALNET BUSINESS bank there # is 916-927-7000
I did call PAYMENT RESOURCE INTERNATANAL but no call back, as of today they are still doing buisness. With spectra. They were told of the scam so now there just as guilty as spectra I would call then an ask why there still doing bizzz with spectra PAYMENT RESOURCES knows who owns SPECTRA an they should be held for not reporting them I ask every one who has been ripped off by this company to CAll PAYMENT RESOURCES an ASK wHo owns spectra if you find out please post it TY
