Ocwen, Ocwen, Ocwen, what are we to do with you. I know, close your doors and never allow you to open again as a Bank. How on Earth you ever became a legal Bank in this Great Country I will soon find out. You think you can steal peoples hard earned money and continue operations like all things are normal. No, not much longer.
You have pulled every trick that one can make and get away with it. How? I ask this every day. How? How is it possible that a Bank that we in America hold up to the Highest Standards, lie to us, and steal from us. Worst of all get away with it. Who will be accountable. Let me tell you. Anyone who works for Ocwen Bank and carryies out her orders of law breaking schemes. You all know who you are, don't you. I telling you sub contractors and anyone who takes money from Ocwen for services know what you are doing is wrong. You are guilty of everything they do because you enable them to get away with what ever they try and do and what they do is wrong. To steal is wrong. To lie is wrong, and to say it is right when it is wrong is even worse because they are hiding behind you. Ocwen Advisors.
Ocwen Bank was given a demand for a payoff on my home and they Lied. Not only did they lie but they charged me for it. When asked for a payoff they did not use any formula what so ever. I have lived in my home for 20 years and they were told to give my new lender the payoff, which was not the interest too. Then they illegally added on 20,880.00 dollars for "Other" without any justifcation. Of course the lender had to listen to what Ocwen prepared and I had little say in the matter as what ever they said is what was the truth, right. Wrong. Ocwen has Lied it way through it banking business all it business life. Their attitude is who will ever catch us or we can say it was just a oversight and correct it. But for the most part it never is corrected.
Let me give you the math. My payments were 769.00 which was principal and interest. They said I owed 64,000.00 in December.
I paid 69,150.00 in 1985 for it. They claimed I missed 30 payments but never have given prove to it or recorded any lien, they just added over 20 thousand dollars on top of the 64 thousand. Making my payoff to them a cool 83,000.00 plus. No justifying, just their word. Thats it. How easy for a thief to steal without any facts. Either you pay this or we won't let you have the Deed. Now that I have Ocwen Out and me always in the defense mode the tide has turned. I have demanded how they came to the amounts of money demanded but they will not talk. I will tell you why, because mathmatically the numbers will not fit. One giant error as I have stated all along. My loan is a fully amoritise over 30 years with the payoff in 2012. This cannot be altered or changed per my contract
Now if my last statement was 64,300.00 which included interest and my new lender asked them for the principal for payoff who is it possible for this to get by everyone. No one looks or verifies anything, they just take their word as the truth. This is a thiefs dream and Ocwen has been doing this for years and it is apparently so easy that no one looks. Until now. I want this looked at and verified Ocwen and you can start by answering my letters.
As I have always said, "I will not stop, I will not rest until justice is delivered and Ocwen Bank is ordered to pay back the money it has taken or stoled.
