Palisades Collection
Ripoff!

Palisades Collection has sent me a letter saying i owe 1,182.99 because of an at&t wireles account when i never has at&t wireless account. Another thing the date on this the letter was november 11! The year two thousand twenty? When i called at&t wireless they won't even speak to me about it. All they can answer is yes or no. I been living where i'm at for the last 14 years. At&t wireless had a different address.

I spoke to Palisades concerning the account and all they did was lead me to another collection agency and then that collection agency referred me back to palisades and when i called them back they were angry. I was yelled at and was asked why am i calling back. I said can you give me proof that that i owe this. Any paper works and the answer given to me was what proof do you need? It's from at&t wireless. I also told them this is not the first time i heard about your company ripping people off with the same situtation again i was yelled at.

The guy said i better get my sources check and my credit report check? Was that a threat? And he was yelling at me that this was not a scam? In any profession you do not i repeat do not disrespect your clients and yell at them. Another thing that got to me was didn't you report this as fraud? When i just called 2 minutes ago complaining and the instruction to me was don't call back for another 2 to 3 days. And right when i called back palisades they said you called just a few moments ago saying it was fraud.

The number i called to report it as fraud was a different number from the palisades number. I wonder if they all are in the same office and just have different 866 numbers saying call this number and they'll handle it for you and when you call the other one.in any profession you do not yell at people or talk in slang like the way the guy did. I don't what's going on but i really want to get them and i'm willing to take any legal action. Please e-mail me if you have taken any legal actions concerning this company
