ANOTHER RIPOFF - Once again, as I broken-heartedly read on this site, I was approved for a $2000.00 Mastercard. Centurian debited my checking account for $249.00. They promised to send my credit card within 25 days.
I have had NO return calls, but was relentless in calling until I reached a live, and VERY RUDE, "representative???" No willingness to give me information on when I would be receiving this card, and it was suggested that "IF I COULD NOT AFFORD $249.00, then I should not have requested the card... The card that I never received.
This is a financial hardship. These representatives? Are extremely rude (after they have your money). Contact your bank immediately. I believe that if you have a valid complaint, your bank should help you. DO NOT let this go. This is YOUR money, and it has been STOLEN. Make no mistake that this is a FACT. You have been robbed. I have been robbed! So please do something for yourself and everyone else that easily could be.
