Ripoff pay 37.00 and get 10,000 pre-approved credit card and got nothing back in returned, it's the biggest ripoff

I sent away for a pre-approved credit card for 10,000 but I had to send $37.00 to get it which I did and got back nothing. Try to get a hold of the main office. That's how I came across this and find out I been ripped off
