I was contacted by this company via telephone stating that I had been approved for a $2500 Mastercard from Bank of America. The card was to have no interest or annual fees for the first 5 years. I would have to pay $369.00 in order to receive the card due to my past credit history.
They requested I give them my bank account info and they would debit the account 2 weeks later and I would have my credit card in 2-3 days. I was extremely suspicious, but agreed. I was told that I could cancel the transaction within 48 hours of the withdrawal.
I went online and found them listed on usacomplaints.com. The next day I tried to call and cancel the transaction, only to get a busy signal at the provided number (1.800.710.6087). I tried throughout the day and the following days with no avail. On Feb. 4th the transaction cleared my bank account.
I have tried repeatedly to contact them only to hear the familiar busy signal. I have also not received the credit card! I only want my original money, $369.00, returned to me.
