CIC Credit Monitoring, Charged my credit card $79.95, without my premission. When I called them, 888-7490-0731, they said they didn't know anything about the charge.
The person on the other end of the phone had such a heavy accent, that it made it very hard to understand him. He kept asking for personal information.
I sent an e-mail to my States Attorney Generals Office about this matter.
