Hosehold credit services - gm mastercard comsumer rip-off

I had purchased a money order w/receipt to send for my payment to gm mastercard. Told that my money order came back NSF and was charged 3- $29. Oo charges and could not get this resolved to this date. And had spoken to a very rude and unhelpful TONI HENDERSON in customer service located in Las Vegas... His boss Gerard Mahlmister of Celinas, CA. Snubbed his nose to me and the next step will get the govening bodies of financial and insurance companies involved but thought I would see if you could help before I go for the throat! Please help! TINA
