Playing games with late fees. Ripoff

I sent my payment off like I do every month and I always pay two payments so that I can pay this off early. Well this month I get a statement and find out that they have charged me 25.00 late fee for being one day late. I don't know how it was late when I send it off the same time every month. I purchased an Oreck vacuum with no interest for one year, that is why I am sending in such large payments. I can't believe they have charged this fee. If it was one day late it was there fault. I live in San Diego and it takes one day for the mail to get to them. I will never purchase from a company that uses this finance company again. And I will never purchase anything from Oreck using that credit card.
