I Ordered A Grant book and CD-Rom on 1/13. On 1/14 I recieved a UPS track and confirm they only had recieved shipping information. So I kept checking back and it still said the same thing so I sent e-mails and complaints to customer support but they went unanswered.
So Know I have to pay a credit card bill for an item I never recieved. I would appreciate some help.
