Ripoff fraudulent. Took my money and still have not recieved product

I ordered their personal grants CD-ROM on the 1st of April. I have not recieved my purchase. They refuse to returm any of my emails. Watch out for this company. I should have done my homework before they suckered me. This company does not even have a phone#. They must be stopped. I plan on pursuing this until they are stopped.
