This website makes you sign up to get further info on a listing, but then the info isn't any more than what is already advertised. There are no offering memorandums to share with clients, and the way the businesses are advertised is very confusing.
After inputting my credit card information a few times, for some reason it wasn't going through - the next day I had an attempted fraud against my credit. I am not saying it was because of this website, but when I reported the fraud to the credit bureaus and the police, they asked me if I had any suspicious activity recently, and I said this website didn't feel right to me. Also, the broker never responded to any of my business inquiries about the actual business after several attempts to reach him. Beware.
