Unable to reach for refund

I also got caught by taking a survey from market research. I discovered the company was not a reputable company after the fact and asked for a refund via email. They directed me to a phone number. I reached the people who convinced me to wait until I had received their package and catalog before I made a final decision. I did that.

I called the company after looking through the catalog and deciding I was not interested in anything there. They directed me to send the package back return receipt requested. I did that ($11).

When I received my return receipt I again called to ask when I could expect a refund. I could not get through to their phone number. Only a recording. I emailed the individual I had emailed to begin with. He said to call my bank and have the charges reversed.

It is now 3 months later and the bank says it is out of the 60 days to do that. I still cannot get hold of the people by phone. I am trying email again. Someone should do something to take this company off the internet! I did not know to look up all this Ripoff information before I was caught!
