The company is in the business of recruiting technology talent to place them with tech firms that are hiring. My issue is that they mishandled my payment schedule. I was supposed to get paid every 30 and a 10 waiting period for the money to appear in my account.
What has occurred is that they send invoices two months late because they may outsource the payroll to India. My first check came three months late and they paid the wrong amount. Today, I find out that they send the wrong invoice to that vendor again. meaning that I have will have to wait who knows how long for them to send the right invoice.
At first, I was given four different stories as to why I was not getting paid. I literally had to raise hell for the first check and now it looks like I have to begin the whole process again. Today I asked said to them if they can't handle the invoicing process then get out of the contract and I would try to enter into the contract directly with the employer.
The recruiter responded with: WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO THAT? THAT TAKES COMMISSION AWAY FROM ME AND JUST LIKE YOU, I LIKE MY MONEY. HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ISN’T AN OPTION FOR US.
