On March 24 I sent an email to Hauser to tell them I no longer will be working for their company as of the end of the Month. I stated to them that I have no time to imput mail into the computer for them as an agent and that I have no room to keep all the mail pieces for 6 months. Plus I had not been paid for the winter quarter Dec.-Feb. 05.
On Mar. 25 I get an email that is long winded and stating that the timing of the payment is consistent with their policy. This policy started back on July 14 and states that payments will be computed quarterly - every 3 months. At the end of the 3 month season, they will generate a check. Well, so far their checks were coming late and I have yet to receive a check for their winter payment schedule (Dec., Jan. & Feb., which is now Apr. And no check still).
I've sent numerous emails and called and left messages and to no avail have they had the courtesy to contact me. They owe me for 4 months now, because of I finished the month of Mar. I've sent numerous emails with the last contact from Hauser on April 10th. I'm so mad to involve myself with this company, but I've seem to be given the run-a-round. This Company in the past few years has also bounced checks that I have deposited into my account. Not signed them properly and I couldn't deposit them and also made the date out wrong putting in the wrong year. I have copies of each email sent and copies of the checks my bank bounced. They would send me a replacement check for the bounced check but that was probably 2 months behind at the time they send it. Now I'm still waiting to get paid for their so-called 3 month quarterly paying and its now been almost 5 months.
I've got their contract I signed back in 2001 and I have NO contract for the 3 month paying schedule they so have adapted and said that all other agents don't care that their checks come late. But to me this is bad business practices. They also still have companies sending me mail. Today I received at least 20 pieces of mail. This has not stopped either.
I've never been not paid by any company that I've worked for in the past. I work for signing companies located out of state and they pay on time.
