I received a phone call wanting to know if I would like a credit card of a limit of 2,000.00 all I needed to do is pay a one time fee of $249.00. That was in December 1st of 2004. As of today I have not received the card. I reached the company today and they tell me their shipping department was closed from Dec. 15th thru Jan 3 and that my card is in shipping. They give me a different excuse each time I call. But I am able to reach a person. The last name I was given is Brian Hill.
