Green Tree Servicing bought my loan from BOA less then a year ago and what a nightmare this company is. Their harassment, phone calls, non-customer service and bad manners are unreal for a company that is doing business in America. I make my payments on time, they cash my check but do not apply them and charge me late fees. According to them I am so far behind I need to pay them thousands right now, and the phone calls do not stop. They only threaten you, talk over you and tell you how stupid you are for letting the situation to get to this point. They have my money - apply the payments for crying out loud.
At this point I am willing to let them foreclose just to get rid of them. How can we allow this kind of abuse?
