My husband was injured at work and became permantly disabbled. We had 3 children at home at the time and 1 income. They would give us a 4 month extesion on the End of our loan. Then at the same time they went and filed forclosure on the home. At that time we were not behind on payments.
We tried to improve our interest rate on home loan with a local bank and found out they had put a forclosure notice on our home. We contacted them about this and they said they would remove it from our credit report. To this day they still have it on our report. Which makes it difficult to refinace our loan to get a better rate.
We also have got these extra charges on our monthly bill each month. This has been going on now for at least 3 years.
We have paid close to $60,000.00 on our loan in interest and owe more now than the original loan we took out with them.
Thank you for letting us vent our feelings on this issue. We would appreciate any help we can get. This has caused my husband more health problems due to the stress. Then it causes me to lose more pay to care for him. They have been advised of this also.
