Horrible Customer Services/Not doing there job correctly - US Bank

I have been waiting on a check for about 2 months now. When I recieved the first check late and no one would cash it. I requested that the check be sent out again they said ok check is sent and I would have to wait ten days. 10 days go by and I call back and I was told the check was never sent out. So they say that they will send the check out this time. Here it is 16 days later and I call and they say they have the wrong address on file when they verified the address twice before. Now they are saying that theres nothing they can do because its in the hand of the postal services. WHAT! Are you kidding me. This has been the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I had problems with them when I had the auto loan. I would not advise anyone to bank with this bank. It needs to be shut down. If you dont believe me read below. Now I just lost a check and no one can do any thing about.
