I had just received a letter in the mail saying i was pre-approved for a platinum card. And I thought it was strange at first. Then I thought I would give it a try, not knowing what the outcome would be, thinking that it would help me regain my credit status. So I had sent in the normal $39, and days later I had received a phone call saying i was approved for the card and it should be coming in the mail really soon and gave me a 1-800 customer service number to reach them at. And it is always busy. Well today on Feb 7, I just received and noticed that they had sent me a letter and everything. But, the trick is you cant use it as a regular credit card. Its only a card that you can use in there catalogs. Now that I found this out, I regret sending in the money, knowing that they are scamming us all around the world.
