On 1/4/05 I recieved a dunning notice from Allied Interstate, Stating that my account with Direct tv was seriously past due. The bill was not even due until 1/6/05
I called the number that was on the notice and was put on hold for 42 minutes. Call was finally answered by a lady named Christina.
I proceeded to explain my problem with the notice I recieved. She informed me that my concern did not matter to her. I told her I was going to record our conversation for future reference, her reply was {go for it Perry Mason} she then hung up on me.
