I was a travel agent and looking for an opportunity selling travel from home. This company seemed to be the perfect solution, but beware before doing business with this company. I spent $500 joining fee and then $50 a month for leads and $65 for business cards, not to mention all the money I spent on computer software, 800 numbers and other supplies to set up a home business.

The agreement with the company is that you pay these fees and they send you travel leads and take care of the accounting and documents for your clients. They say they will pay you the month following the client's travel date (even though the money has been collected months before).

First, most of the leads they send you are not even good leads. I got leads that did not include a phone number or that had a fake email address or even leads that were obvious fake celebrity names.

Somehow I still managed to book about 6 trips in about 3 months worth of work. I quit taking leads from them in March of but my last clients were not traveling until August of so I allowed them to continue to charge me the $50 month fee so I could do the right thing and service my existing clients until they had traveled, thinking of course I would receive my commissions in September, which was the month following the travel date. Let's face it, this is a long time to wait to get paid for a job.

The even worse news is that it is now January and despite my continuous emails and faxes every month with the invoice they require you to send to collect the commissions, I have yet to get paid for the last 3 trips I booked with them. They still owe my $600 in commissions and I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever see them.

I continually send emails and faxes to the accounting department and to the owner of the company and I always get some kind of lame response such as the accountant is out sick, or the computers have a virus, or they are waiting on commission checks from suppliers, or don't worry checks are being sent out in 2 weeks (I've heard that a few times now). Well, it has been 6 months since the last clients traveled and 9 months to a year since I actually booked the trips and I'm still waiting on payment.

Worst mistake I ever made getting involved with this company.
