I signed up for one time free credit report. When they started billing me $9.95 every month, I called them twice to cancel. However, instead of canceling they would ask me 5o other questions and not cancel the service.
I spoke with a person named Les this morning and same thing happened. So I got my Credit card company on line with a conference call and they advised me to keep insisting on getting a cancellation number, so after 5 minutes of providing all the necessary infarmation when CIC started asking more questions, I refused to answer any further questions and insisted on getting a cancellation number which finally they gave and I instructed my credit card company to never ever accept any charges from this company again ever.
