Ripoff

I received a pre-approval credit notice from USA Credit and filled out the information and sent it back. A few weeks later, $150.00 was missing from my bank account. When I called, the operator (who was rather rude) told me that they would refund $140 ($10 processing fee) to my account but I had to send back all of the paperwork that I received. I sent it back two months ago and still have not received any of my money back.
