I filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy that was finalized December. A house and property that was financed by Homecoming Financial was foreclosed and surrendered as part of this court case. No other adjustments were ordered by the court.
Since that time I have repeatedly received attempts by Homecoming Financial to collect on this closed account. This has also been reported on my credit reports as an active account with no activity since August.
