And/or Wana Wagner - Ripoff Strikes Again -Other reports have noted Catherine Rich but Wana Wagner signed my certified mail receipt

I started searching the web after the promised materials had not arrived and stumbled onto your website.

I don't know how anyone else may feel, but I take exception to false advertisement. Once payment has been received for promised merchandise, it becomes the obligation of the business to either deliver the merchandise or refund the original payment.

I read the ad for HomeStuffers and remitted the $45 start up fee along with the application as requested by the ad. The start up fee was supposed to defray the initial cost of the materials originally sent to the applicant.

The mailing address noted on my certified returned receipt was P.O. Box 270258, San Diego, CA 92198. The money order was mailed on November 20 and signed for by Wana Wagner on November 27. The current date is December 31, and nothing has arrived in the mail, from UPS, or FedEx from HomeStuffers aka Wana Wagner aka Catherine Rich.

Using the services of the U S Post Office for false advertisement and to accept money under false conditions constitutes mail fraud, in my opinion. I agree, this activity needs to be stopped!
