Ripoff no computer or credit card I want my money back

I got charged $400 to get some couponds when i was under the impression that I was receiving a computer and a credit card with a limit of $2000 and since I was in need of a computer I jumped on the deal that I thought was a good one at the time when i got this box of couponds I tried to call them at the number the i had and i keep getting an answering service and thats when i decided to do something about it so thats why I'm doing this right now
