Conseco finance illegally sold my mortgage to a private citizen and issued a cancellation of debt. The new green tree after the chapter 11 opened my closed file and doctored the notes and forms. They violated the privacy act they did this without a subphoena for a rich greedy vulture. I need anyone who knows the following: 1. Was anyone else issued a 1099C thru the irs by conseco
2. When conseco acquired green tree did they file a deed on your property naming conseco as the new beneficiery of your mortgage
3. Are there any former green tree or conseco employees who can clarify some matters for me.
This is an urgent matter and i need all the help i can get. Please contact me and respond. The fbi is involved and i have a lawsuit to keep them from stealing my property. Please help. We all can benefit from this. Please if you won't contact me call the FBI in sacramento, Ca and lodge a complaint the more they get the more the pressure to bring them down.
