I called to obtain a small loan to get some business handling a couple days before I got paid. I called this company after googling "loans". I did the application online and was instructed to call in. I didn't receive the real amount nor the way that the loan really works. I was told that a $650 loan after fees and interest would be $800 in total. Not $197 every two weeks when I get paid and it's only to cover interest and fees. This kind of behavior of charging someone $400 a month in fees and interest on a $650 loan should be in federal court. I was given the money on a Friday and two days later they were taking money out of the bank for a payment. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE INDIAN GIVING? How do you want a payment from someone in less than 72 hours. I was told that if I made payment arrangements on top of the $197 then my payment will decrease. I think $197 should cover something every two weeks. Also, I asked why the pawn shop charges $120 monthly on a loan for that amount and a payday loan walkin establishment does the same. This is USURY!!!
