We were offered a forbearance due to hurricane charley and told to keep our july payment which they claim they never received, pay $0 for august and only to pay $100 in sept and oct as good faith to "help us get back on our feet" and that regular payments would resume in nov with a slight increase of about $200 to payback the forbearance amount slowly and conveniently, all without affecting our credit at all. But now we find we are being reported as late and they will not respond with how much we should pay for nov or dec. And we are told not to bother sending in payment because they will not accept it until they tell me how much to pay, they consider it partial payment. Its now december and we are getting bills for $6503.53 instead of the regular $1303. And we are close to 6 months behind because they will not accept payment and wont tell us what to pay.
They also still have not fixed my credit report and will not return my phone calls, they pass me from person to person when i call and always promise i will get a call with in 48 hours. This has been going on for 6 weeks.
Class action anyone... Im seriously in!!!
They have ruined our once nearly perfect credit. Help!!!
