I too recieved an offer from the Credit Services Division of CCA out of Las Vegas, Nevada promissing a $6500 limit with only a $199.99 activation fee.
This offer was unsolicited so I carefully read the fine print and found out that they would bill my checking account automatically after 48 hours even if I didn't activate my card. I also had no luck cancelling the card by using their automated telephone system, and was profoundly frusterated by their actions.
I have no intention of sitting idley by and letting them slither through the loopholes in our justice system and made the appropriate complaints to the FCC, FTC and my state's Attorney General.
I only hope that one person reads this or one of the many other complaints concerning their fraudulent practices before they fall victim to this depraved group of miscreants.
