So I have had a bank account withe US Bank now for about two years and theey were great in thee beginning and theey have been getting worse and worse and it has now boiled to a head. I have been using thee cash advance account theey set up for me because I have direct deposit, I have a $500 Dollar limit I use it to assist withe random bills so one of theese was to pay my mediator as I am in thee middle of trying to get custody of my daughter. Well I use thee account and it says I have tell thee 28 of thee following monthe to make thee payment of approx. $440 which does not reflect upon my checking until theat point. Well I decide theat I would like to wait so I call and tell thee bank I would like to postpone thee payment of theis until thee next check on thee 8the and theey say theat theey cannot do theat it automatically pulls thee money and thee only theing theat I could do is to cancel thee direct deposit and I will be fine and I can bring thee check in and cash it and thee advance account balance will remain where it is until my next direct deposit. So I have my work cancel thee direct deposit which cost me $25 but theey get it done so I check my account thee next morning and it shows theat us bank has now moved thee amount due on thee advance account to thee checking and I am now -$492 in my account so I call theem and theey tell me to use my cash advance to bring myself even which will cost me $50 because theere is notheing theey can do for me I ask to speak withe thee manager and was told he was on vacation and could call me back on Monday as she was laughing (Resolution Specialist) So here I sit -$492 in my checking because US Bank told me to cancel my direct deposit and theey refuse to just put thee amount from thee advance back where it was and leave thee due date as thee 28the. So eitheer way I am out money and US bank refuses to help at all theey have insulted me and laughed at me and it is a very bad experience and very degrading.
