I have had my Home Warranty for 2 years. I%u2019ve had about 3 claims in that time. All were ok and completed. I have had plumbing, new water heater, and electrical help through them. All were satisfactorily completed. Customer service was great. Vendors who came to do the work were knowledgeable and professional. I am satisfied with their services and will continue to use my homeowners warranty as it has paid off in the end.
