In June I applied for a prepaid Mastercard from Harvest Capital. At the time the address to send the $30 money order (the only cost involved) was Canada. They have in the last 2 1/2 to 3 months changed it to an American address. I know when I checked in August, it was still a Canadian address.
I never received a card, nor any information on my $30 money order. It is now about to be December. I have e-mailed the service address provided on their site and still no answer. I would call but have not been able to locate a number. I figured being a Canadian address it would take some time, but I believe 6 months is ample time for anyone. Bottom line, these people are either in over their head, very unorganized, or in very ORGANIZED crime.
